All parents of children attending Academy Hill are members of the AHSPA (Academy Hill School Parents' Association). The AHSPA supports the academy by organizing educational, social, and fundraising activities, and works with administration and staff to support and enhance the school program. Participating in AHSPA is an excellent way for parents to meet other parents, learn more about our academy, and be involved in their child's educational experience.
We encourage all parents to participate in AHSPA activities and contribute time and talent in any area that suits their interests and lifestyle. Meetings are held once a month, but most communication takes place online and via email. The organization runs a diverse set of activities such as the iconic Halloween Party, Scholastic Book Fair, Teacher Appreciation, and Pizza/Ice Cream Fridays, to name a few.
