President, Sheilah Zielinski 2007-2008
- To oversee all committees and be the primary liaison between Committee chairs and their members.
- To moderate all monthly meetings
- To organize fundraising and appropriate funds, in conjunction with the Board of Directors
Vice President, Sue Madamba 2007-2008
- To work closely with the President and be able to assume the duties of the President if needed
- To get new memberships
- To share responsibilities for organizing fundraisers and Committees
Secretary, Veronica Frantz 2007-2008
- To take and keep accurate minutes of all monthly meetings
- To provide the President with a copy of minutes after meetings and to post them on the AHS website.
Treasurer, Kathy Danielczuk 2007-2008
- To be responsible for the collection and accounting of all funds raised by the PA
- To present a record of those funds at each monthly PA meeting (Statement will also be prepared to be presented at the Board of Directors’ meetings)
- To make deposits and withdrawals when necessary
